What is a Project Invitation?

A "Project Invitation" section appears on your projects page whenever another company (outside of your own) invites you to collaborate on one facet of their project.

Project Invitations only allow you view project items that you have been shared with, or invited to collaborate on.

Project Invitations will appear in your account when a user from an outside company performs one or more of the below actions:

• Share one or more files from a document folder to you (or another member of your internal team)
• Shares a document folder with you (or another member of your internal team)
• Invites you (or another member of your internal team) to price a tender
• Includes you (or another member of your internal team) as a recipient for a form notice e.g. Defects, RFI's etc.

Note: Project Invitations are do not allow users to view any items outside of what has been shared with yourself or internal team members.
