Edit a Safety Inspection template

To edit a Safety Inspection, follow the steps below.

Step 1:  Go to the Safety Inspection register

Navigate to your Management module and click on the Safety Inspection tool to access your project's Safety Inspection register.

Step 2:  Click “VIEW TEMPLATES”

Click the "VIEW TEMPLATES" button.

Step 3:  Click on the related template

Click on the Safety Inspection template you wish to edit.

Step 4:  Edit inspection title, sections or items

Make changes to your inspection template title, section and items.

You can remove whole sections by clicking the trash icon button to the right-hand side of each section name. Individual items can also be removed from a section by clicking the related "X" buttons.

Step 5:  Preview your Safety Inspection template (optional)

If you would like to see what your Safety Inspection looks like in action, click on the overflow button on the top-right hand side of your toolbar and select "Preview" from the menu.

Step 6:  Save your Safety Inspection template

Click the "SAVE" button on the top-right hand side of your screen to save your Safety Inspection template.
