Do contacts outside of my organisation need to create a Webuild account to view shared plans/files?

No, contacts without Webuild accounts can view shared files and folders by clicking the "View Transmittal" and "VIEW ONLINE" buttons in the related email notifications they receive.

They are then directed to a "Guest View" interface, providing access to files and folders they have been shared with.

The "DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS" button downloads the related files and folders directly, without contacts without being directed to the "Guest View" interface.
