To add a custom status to a selected plan or file, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to documents and click on a folder
Go to your project documents and click on a folder.
Step 2: Select a file
Hover over a file and click on the checkbox to the left-hand side of the document code to reveal the bottom toolbar.
Step 3: Open the "Set status" dialog
Click on the "STATUS" button on the bottom toolbar to reveal the "Set status" dialog, then click the "ADD" button on the top-right hand side.
Step 4: Add the name of the custom status
After naming your custom status, click the "SAVE" button and it will be applied to your file and available for future files.
