To approve and add "Files to be approved" to your document folders, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to "Files to be approved"
Go to your project's documents module and click on the "Files to be approved" folder.
Step 2: Click the checkboxes to select each file and click save
Click on the checkboxes to select each file. To select all at once, click the small checkbox on the left-hand side of the bottom toolbar.
After selecting the files, click the "APPROVE" button on your bottom toolbar to save your files.
Approved files will appear in the related document folder.
Note: it is a good idea to check each file before approving them. Files in the "Files to be approved" folder can be viewed by clicking on them.
