Contacts and companies or normally added via your organisation's address book.
However, to save you time you can add new contacts as message recipients on the fly by clicking the "ADD NEW CONTACT" button.
To use the"ADD NEW CONTACT" button, type into the search box and it is located on the bottom of the list of contacts.
Fill in the contact information in the dialogue and click the "ADD" button to add them as a recipient to your message.
