This article will teach you how to add a contact in to your address book.
Step 1: Go to contacts
By default, the address book opens in "company" view. First, we will need to change this to "contacts" view via the address book filter on the top-left hand side of your screen.
Click the filter and select "Contacts".
Step 2: Click ADD CONTACT
Click the ADD CONTACT button.
Step 3: Add contact details and click SAVE
Start by typing the email of the contact in to the "email address" field. If the contact is part of the Tenderfield network all related information will be pre-populated for you.
Only the "email", "first/last name" and "company name" fields are compulsory.
After adding the company details, click the ADD button on the bottom-right of the dialog.
Note: contacts that are a part of the Webuild network cannot be edited.
